Can I cancel my order?

If your order has shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return subject to our return policies.

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes warehouse inspection.

What's your return process?

To return a product, follow these steps:

• Request a Return Authorization Number (RA) via phone or email.
• Ensure the item reaches the warehouse within 15 days of the RA# being issued.
• Provide a tracking number to customer service.
• Returns without an RA number will not be credited.

Are all products returnable?

No. The following products cannot be returned: hospital beds, custom wheelchairs, lift chairs, wound care, incontinence items, masks, braces, stockings, shoes, bath safety products, and custom orders.

How much are the return restocking fees?

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused, clean, and undamaged.
• Original packaging and materials are intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I get my order?

Most orders ship within 2 business days, except for custom equipment, which may take 1-4 weeks. Contact customer service for expedited shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $150 (pre-tax). Additional charges apply for incontinence supplies. Shipping costs for orders under $150 are shown at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the continental United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
