Return Process

To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Please follow these instructions for proper processing:

Call or email to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
The warehouse must receive the item within 15 days of the RA# being issued.
Provide a tracking number to customer service via phone or email.
Items sent without an RA# cannot be credited.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

All credits will be issued after receipt and warehouse inspection approval.

Inspect Your Product When It Arrives

Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or missing an item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Contact Customer Service toll-free at 888-982-8889. We will replace any damaged or defective parts or replace the product at the manufacturer's discretion.

Return Policy for Portable Oxygen Concentrators

30 Day Return with a 20% restocking fee. The Inogen At Home GS-100 must be in an UNUSED condition, in its original box/packaging, with all accessories and manuals/instructions included. The customer is responsible for return shipping and costs, and for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected by Sherman Oaks Medical Supplies.
